Hello! I am looking for someone to sublet my West Village studio from April 26 to August 31. This is (usually) my full-time home, so I hope to find someone who will treat it with the same care and respect I do. I've sublet the apartment several times in the past, and everyone has loved the place with several return renters!

The apartment is on one of the best blocks in Manhattan, on a beautiful and quiet tree-lined street in the West Village. It is just a few minutes’ walk to some of my favorite cafes, restaurants, and neighborhood shops. It is also super convenient for getting around the city, with multiple subway lines nearby (A/C/E, L, 1/2/3, and B/D/F/M).

The space is bright and airy, thoughtfully furnished, and very comfortable for both living and working. It's regularly cleaned and will be delivered to the renter following a professional cleaning.
