- corner building (tons of light!)
- 3 other units in the building - quiet, respectful neighbors
A bit about the neighborhood:
- located in the Stuyvesant Heights section of Bed-Stuy
- short walking distance to the best the neighborhood has to offer (e.g. Saraghina, Trad Room, Frog)
