Hey! I'm looking for someone to take over my bright, modern one-bedroom apartment for the summer (June-August). Every room gets beautiful natural light through big windows (16th floor, no buildings in front).
The living space is warm and welcoming, with a kitchen that makes cooking actually enjoyable. The bedroom has a queen size bed.
The location is hard to beat: you're 5 minutes from the 4, 5, 6 and 10 minutes from the 2 and 3 trains, with a Trader Joe's and Whole Foods both nearby for easy grocery runs.
The building comes with everything you need: gym, in-building laundry, arcade room, rooftop, BBQ area, and a virtual doorman.

If you are not looking for a long sublet, the apartment can also be rented daily:
