The building is situated on the corner of 14th and 3rd and catches the sunrise and a bit of sunset. The building is a new build with only 10 units, a bike room in the basement, and roof access. It's close to my favorite cafe (Longshadow), restaurant (Surfish), the FGR trains. With five avenues from Prospect Park and 10 blocks from Greenwood cemetery, you’ll have easy access to green space, weekend picnics, and farmers markets. Nitehawk Cinema, Gowanus art studios, boutique fitness studios, cafés, restaurants, and bars are all within a short walk. The neighbors are all friendly and helpful should you need anything.

The apartment has 10' tall ceilings with huge windows that brighten up all the rooms. The kitchen has black granite countertops, a convection oven, gas stove, a compact dishwasher, microwave. I will be leaving my Vitamix, cookware, kitchen dinnerware and silverware. A vintage, mid-century modern Scandinavian teak dinner table expands for additional guests. The living room is spacious with a DWR couch, mounted TV, and a bookshelf with wonderful books.

The walkway to the bedrooms includes a shoe storage rack, a full length mirror and a closet with the washer and dryer. The full guest bathroom includes a shower and a soaking tub. The guest bedroom is an office with a standing desk, a Herman Miller desk chair, a Blue Dot Field Lounge Chair, a DWR Story Bookcase filled with books, and a few textile art pieces from local artists. Your companions will be my beloved white tiger orchid, Monstera deliciosa plant, and a lush hanging pothos.

The primary bedroom is minimal for optimal sleeping conditions. Black out curtains keep the room dark and reduce outside noise. The en-suite bathroom includes a double sink bath vanity, hamper, and spacious shower with a filtered overhead waterfall and a handheld showerhead. The walk in closet is modular and can be rearranged for various setups.

This is a short term rental available for up to 2.5 months with a minimum stay of 1 month.
