I’m subletting my bright, newly renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in the East Village for a one-month stay, with flexible dates throughout January and February.

The apartment is sunny and thoughtfully laid out, with a large living room with a dedicated dining area and a new open kitchen with dishwasher and espresso machine. Both bedrooms are comfortable and airy, and having two full bathrooms makes the space especially easy to live in whether solo, as a couple, or with a friend.

The apartment is fully set up for day-to-day living and remote work, including an in-unit washer/dryer, Spectrum 5G internet, and a dedicated workstation with a monitor and adjustable sit/stand desk. The building has an elevator and access to a shared courtyard, offering a quiet retreat from the city.

The apartment is in an unbeatable East Village location, just a two-minute walk to the subway and walking distance to the West Village, Greenwich Village, NoHo, the Lower East Side, Union Square, and Gramercy Park. The neighborhood is full of great restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and everyday conveniences, and Williamsburg is just one subway stop away.

About This Lister

I’m the owner and full-time resident of the apartment, and it’s been a real home for me, not just a place to stay. I renovated it recently with the goal of making it bright, calm, and easy to live in, whether you’re working from home, hosting a friend for dinner, or just enjoying quiet time in the city.

I’ll be traveling for a short stretch this winter, which is why I’m offering it as a one-month sublet. I won’t be living onsite during that time, but I’ll be the primary point of contact before and throughout the stay and will personally show the space and coordinate the handoff.

I’m hoping to find someone thoughtful and respectful who will enjoy the apartment as a home as much as I do.
