Private bedroom comes fully furnished with a bed and dresser + a spacious closet. The shared living areas—kitchen, bathroom, and cozy common space—are bright, comfortable, and kept spotless at all times. There’s also an in-unit washer and dryer!

About the Living Situation:

You’ll be sharing the apartment with one female roommate who works from home. Because of that, the ideal subletter is someone who works outside the apartment during the day or keeps a similar routine. This is a very clean and tidy home, and we’re looking for someone who shares those habits and respects the space.
