I will be renting my bright furnished one-bedroom apartment in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, starting mid-May for a duration of six months minimum. Conveniently located on the border of Williamsburg and Greenpoint, with its tree-lined streets and cozy cafés, between the subways stops Graham avenue (L) and Nassau Avenue (G), it is a 10 minutes’ walk from Mc Carren park and its surrounding coffee shops, restaurants, outdoor amenities. Trendy and stylish Williamsburg, with its arts scene, indie shops and nightlife is within a 20 minutes’ walk. A Citi Bike station is right down the building.

The one-bedroom apartment is in a quiet 7 units new building. Perfect for one person or a couple, it is a bright 540 sq. feet with abundant natural light, a living room, a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, A/C, in unit washer/dryer and a wide private balcony overlooking neighboring gardens.

The living room, with its floor to ceiling window, has a modern writing desk, a Scandinavian style sofa, convertible into a two-people bed, perfect for guests and family. The kitchen has a large island with three bar stools, making it the perfect solution for home cooking and entertaining. All our appliances are new, including Miele oven, microwave and gas stove, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The apartment can come with all utensils, dishes, pots and pans.

All the essentials - internet access, Bluetooth, oven, microwave, TV are available.

A spacious rooftop is shared with the building.

I will be subletting the space fully or partially furnished. The apartment is available from May 15 2026 until June 2027. There is some flexibility with the start date, but I am looking for a tenant who can commit to a 6 months minimum stay. Rent includes all utilities (water, gas, WiFi) except electric.
