The front half of the home, including the living room, dining area, and kitchen, faces the park with large windows and great natural light. The bedroom and office are located at the rear of the unit, off the street for a more private and restful feel.

The office functions as a studio, meditation room, and workout space. It includes a writer’s desk, yoga mat and blocks, hand weights, and exercise bands. A comfortable queen-sized air mattress is available for guests. This room gets insane natural light!!

You’ll also have an in-unit washer and dryer, dishwasher, hardwood floors, ample closet and dresser space, and the option to use the record player and small vinyl collection.

Rental requirements

I’m looking for someone responsible, tidy, and considerate who will treat the apartment with care. A simple short-term sublease agreement will outline dates and expectations. No background check required, but I’d like to schedule a short video call to make sure it’s a good fit.

The rental length is flexible for January and February. The refundable security deposit will be based on the length of stay (typically up to one month’s rent) and will be returned in full as long as there’s no damage. First month’s rent is due at signing to hold the dates. No additional fees or paperwork needed. References are welcome but not required.

Pets Policy

Well behaved pets allowed with $100 cleaning fee and refundable $100 deposit in case of damage.
