The living room features a comfortable Habitat sofa and a 65” TV with all apps—ideal for unwinding after a day in the city. I’m a private chef, so the kitchen is fully equipped and thoughtfully stocked for cooking. The bedroom is quiet, with a high-quality Simba mattress.

Bathroom with washer/dryer. High-speed WiFi throughout.

Located in a relaxed, residential area with a genuine local feel—less touristy, easy to live in day to day. Everything is within walking distance: bakeries, fromageries and several farmers’ markets four days a week. Grocery stores such as: Monoprix, Biocoop, Naturalia, Carrefour and Franprix.

Well connected by Metro lines 8 and 12, with easy access to central Paris (Eiffel Tower, Saint-Germain-des-Prés, Louvre, Notre-Dame, Opéra).
