This warm and light-filled studio is approximately 750 square-feet with an alcove for sleeping (option to create partition with blackout curtains), comfortable and clean furniture (including a full-sized bed, foldout couch, and a small café-style dining area). There are 2 closets, a fully equipped open kitchen, bathroom with shower, radiant heat + propane stove, and a washer/dryer unit. Beautiful plants give the place a vibrancy. Clear and grounded energy perfect for restfulness, creativity, and a sense of sanctuary. A refuge for the mind, body, and soul!

The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. Town is just 6 minutes by car. Taos Ski Valley, Sipapu and Angel Fire are under 45 minutes away. Great hiking trails nearby, as well as a gym and wellness studios.

Tenants (2 max.) must be clean, respectful and prioritize harmony in life. No smoking in house. Would love someone/s who value beauty, the magic of these lands, and soulfulness.

Available April 27, 2026. Two week minimum with possibility to extend.

Cost: $2000/month or $600/week. Includes utilities (water, electric, heat, waste management) and high speed internet.

My name is Mikyö (mee-koh). I am a grief ritualist, embodiment guide, retreat facilitator, and educator. I have been a buddhist practitioner for over 20 years, and am a wild nature lover.

I have been in New Mexico for about 5 years, and absolutely love it here. These lands are the home of my heart.

I live in the casita on this beautiful property that also has a main house. I share the property with a dear friend and sublease out the casita (with full permission from the homeowners). We share a carport (1 car each). There is ample parking in the drive as well. You have your own front and back yards, too.

Anyone coming to rent must be grounded, calm, respectful and prioritize harmony in life. No smoking in house. Must have good communication skills and awareness in sharing the property the main house.
