I am subletting my bright, peaceful one bedroom apartment on the Upper East Side for eight weeks from March 27-May 22. The cost would be $4500 for the whole eight weeks or $700/week. The location is great (63rd and Lexington) with a Q F/M stop across the street and the 456 just three blocks away. Easy to be anywhere in Manhattan in less than 20 minutes. It is a 7 minute walk to Central Park. In this quiet 4th-floor walkup, the living room overlooks trees in the backyards of the neighboring houses with a piano that you are free to play. There is a kitchen with an oven, stove, toaster, Nespresso machine and microwave. It has a small bedroom with a very comfortable (firm but not too firm) double bed with closet. The bathroom has a nice deep tub and a skylight.
