We are subletting our lovely sun drenched apartment for December while we visit family in England. It's a very quiet, bright 4th floor space in a tidy elevator building in prime Prospect Heights. Located between Vanderbilt and Washington avenues, right next to everything you could want: coffee shops, restaurants, supermarkets, Prospect Park, Brooklyn Botanic Garden and trains. There is a large bedroom with a queen bed and a smaller room with a crib should you need it (we are baby friendly if you're coming with a little one!). Dishwasher in the kitchen and a card-operated washer and dryer in the hallway right outside the front door.

We love this place and are seeking quiet, respectful, non-smoking subletters who will enjoy it as much as we do.
