I’m subletting my private studio from mid-May through early September (dates are flexible and can be extended for the right person).

The space is a fully enclosed ~220 sq ft studio with full-height walls, windows, AC, fast internet, and electricity included. You’ll also have access to a large sink and a shared kitchen. The studio is located on a quiet floor with a small community of focused, respectful working artists—ideal for deep work, production, and long studio days.

Located in Gowanus, just one block from the R train, with great cafés and restaurants nearby.

Rent: $850/month (all utilities included)- but I ask for 750 as I will keep some of my stuff here, but in the storage, so it will not be on your way. Storage is high up above the floor....

I’m looking for someone reliable, considerate, and genuinely excited to work in and care for the space.
