I am seeking to sublet my East Village studio. It is on the top floor, facing a courtyard, and so both quiet and, with a skylight, quite bright during the day. It is equipped with modest but sufficient furniture, including a couch big enough to sleep on.
There is wifi (included in price) and a laster printer, as well as a full complement of kitchen appliances (InstaPot, rice maker, toaster, VitaMix). There is a projector with Google TV, with Amazon Prime and Kanopy (you can log into your Netflix account). The Midea air conditioner is brand new.
The neighborhood is ideal: in the heart of everything, near great bars and restaurants and the 2nd Ave subway station, but surprisingly peaceful. A grocery store and multiple laundromats are steps away.
NB that the studio is a fifth-floor walkup.
I am a writer and graduate student.
