I am subletting one 12.25sq metre room in my 77sq metre, new-build apartment in Alt-Treptow, Berlin. Everything works, windows are double-glazed, it's warm in winter and cool in summer. Quiet, respectful neighbours, very family oriented.

Located on Kiefholzstrasse, a quiet, residential area, only a 3 minute walk to bus connections to busier areas or a 13 minute walk or short bus ride to S-Bahn Treptower Park. Multiple grocery shops just 2 minute walk away.

I love the area as it's close to Treptower Park (I have a couch-potato-Whippet who likes to run there every day) but also only a short distance from all of the city action.

I work and paint from the open kitchen/living room so I am there a lot, listening to the radio during the day. Keeping the space clean and beautiful is important to me. It's not a party house.

The room is furnished and available for the whole of March (also in July+) If you would like the whole month, we can talk about a discounted rate.
