This is a true 1 bedroom that gets a ton of light. I am away every winter and have enjoyed finding kind people to stay while I’m away.

I'm open to 2+ month sublet, but very much prefer to find someone for the entire time posted.

The apartment is in a GREAT location. My block has a local Ice cream shop on the corner with restaurants everywhere on Washington and Vanderbilt. I'm a 5 minute walk to Prospect Park, 3 blocks from Brooklyn Museum, 2 blocks from Lincoln Station Coffee Shop, Sunshine & Co., Tom's Diner, 5 minute walk to yoga studios, and more. There's also two corner stores close by and multiple grocery stores.

I am a 5 minute walk to the 2/3 trains, 10 minute walk to the B/Q, one block to the B48 that goes directly to Williamsburg and Greene point. This is an ideal spot for public transportation.

Sublease: Total rent amount + $250 deep cleaning fee.
Refundable Deposit: $1,500 - I take this at the time of contract and return 5 days following your stay or sooner.
