Just north of Chinatown, where you can find fresh produce and inexpensive meals, and just east of Uptown, where the chic clubs, bars and upscale restaurants serve gourmet meals.
Many restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Short term, 1-3 months rental (negotiable for longer).
