About the Space:
The available private room is bright, featuring a large window that floods the space with natural light, hardwood floors, and closet space. The room can easily fit a double size bed, dresser and small desk. It’s perfect for anyone seeking a calm, cozy retreat in a vibrant and growing neighborhood.

The Apartment:
You’ll be sharing the apartment with two easygoing, clean, and respectful roommates (both female). The unit features:

A large, modern kitchen with full-size appliances, plenty of cabinet space, and a dishwasher (kitchen comes fully stocked with all dishware and cookware)

Hi! I’m Emma (30), originally from Arizona, and I’ve been living in NYC — Williamsburg specifically — for nearly five years. I work full-time at a fine art photography gallery in Manhattan and live a fairly balanced lifestyle.

I love animals and staying active (running, lifting, long walks, etc.), and I enjoy making the most of the city — whether that’s checking out new bars and restaurants, going to comedy shows, exploring cool neighborhoods, or just relaxing at home. I really value a comfortable, respectful home environment and enjoy spending time with roommates — whether that’s watching a show together or catching up in the common areas. That said, I also appreciate alone time and quiet evenings. I've lived in this apartment since 2022 and absolutely love it.

My roommate Emily (26) is originally from Arkansas and moved to NYC in 2023. We attended graduate school together, and she moved into the apartment last September. She works full-time for a jeweler in Manhattan and travels occasionally for work or to visit her boyfriend, who lives in Arkansas. She and I share a similar vibe when it comes to apartment living — clean, considerate, and easygoing.
