Floor-through, railroad style apartment with a door separating bedroom/office from living space. Large kitchen with dishwasher and essentials. Office space has adjustable/standing desk and a monitor, keyboard, etc you're welcome to use (office will be organized/cleared out).

Price includes utilities + cleaning fee

This is your quintessential Greenpoint apartment. Building is well kept, a small 6 unit apartment building that is very quiet and neighborly. No parties or additional guests!

Killer location, right between the two parks- 2 min to McCarren and 6 min walk to McGolrick, in the best neighborhood in Brooklyn. The apartment is 1 block to Driggs, Warsaw, and a laundromat, and a 5 min walk to Manhattan Ave. Williamsburg proper (Bedford) is a quick 10-15min walk. Neighborhood is full of local bars, restaurants, coffee shops, cute boutiques, etc.

I cannot recommend this area enough. Its peaceful, green, charming and very community oriented.

Closest train is Nassau G (5 min walk), or the L train is about a 14 min walk. You're also right next to the B43 bus line.

This is for someone who needs a calm home for a short-term stay, in a great location. Not for parties or social gatherings. I ask that you treat my home like its your own, and are respectful to my things and neighbors.

- Tall ceilings and big widows throughout (very rare in a railroad!)

- The bedroom has a queen bed, a down duvet, linen bedding

- AC units with remotes + a very nice tower fan with remote

- Perfect, central Greenpoint location close to both parks, great restaurants, coffee, G and L subways or buses

- one block from laundry (no laundry in building)

- Coffee grinder, Chemex and electric kettle....plus a drip coffeemaker

- Dishwasher

- Fast internet

I'm a producer and creative director, looking for an individual or couple I can trust to take good care of my home while I'm away on the West Coast. Not sure on exact sq footage but its a big space!
