I’m the current tenant of the apartment and will working abroad for 3 months (possible extension to 4 months), so would like to sublet my apartment while I am away - ideally for the entire period. I would be the main point of contact during your stay.

I work full-time in a large international organization, and have lived in NYC for 8 years.

I keep the place clean and well cared for and am looking for a responsible, respectful subletter who will do the same.
