- Bedroom 3: fully equipped office with a standing desk and under the desk walking pad (large enough to be used as a bedroom if preferred)

• Sublet Term: November 1, 2025 – April 30, 2026 (longer stays preferred, one-month minimum stay)

• Screening: Credit check and income verification required, virtual or in-person chat, sublease agreement to be signed
• Security deposit: ½ month due at signing; returned after moving out minus any damages
