- High-rise building that sits right between the Downtown Brooklyn and Fort Greene neighborhoods with amenities including gym, rooftop lounge and laundry room.

- 24/7 reception who takes care of accepting deliveries and other asks. Have never had to worry about missing a delivery or losing anything.

- Floor to ceiling windows - stunning views of the Statue of Liberty, Downtown Brooklyn & Park Slope.

- As good as it gets with public transport. 2 minute walk to the 4/5/2/3! Takes 15 minutes to get to downtown Manhattan and 30 minutes to Midtown - great for commuting.

- 5-10 minute walk to multiple other train lines including: Q/R/D/B/C/E/G

- Super convenient location with Whole Foods being a 5 minute walk and Trader Joe's and Target being a 10 minute walk. Fort Greene park is only a 10 minute walk!

- Wide plank hardwood floors and super nice amenities including full sized stove and dishwasher. Two closets so plenty of storage space.

- The apartment will be unfurnished. Can maybe leave some pieces of furniture behind.

- Building is pet-friendly! Again, Fort Greene park is a 10 minute walk so great for dogs.
