The neighborhood is filled with highly rated restaurants, bars and cafes. Great walking neighborhood, the place is also very close to Pratt Institute. Laundry and supermarkets very close by.

The building is on a bright, very chill, tree-lined street with plenty of street parking throughout the day and night on both streets. Just note the street cleaning signs if you need to move a car in the morning. Cleaning and utilities fees not included, rates may vary depending on the dates. No parties pls, no other guests, no smoking and no pets pls. YMCA two blocks away.
