The house is a standalone 1920s bungalow with no shared walls. It's part of a small gated complex. Very lush courtyard, with a small private outdoor seating area to the side of the house.

Ideal location - the neighborhood is super charming, green and walkable. Mostly young families.

- 2 blocks to Noshi Sushi and the new Royal Lobster lobster roll spot.
- 3 blocks to a Korean grocery store and a couple coffee shops.
- 10 minute walk to new row of galleries including David Zwirner and Southern Guild, and new restaurants Cafe Telegrama and Etoile.
- 15 min walk to shops and restaurants on Larchmont (plus Wed & Sun farmer's market).
- 15 min walk to tons of Koreatown hot spots (karaoke, kbbq, and endless coffee shops).
- 5 min drive to Pavilions, Ralphs, or Vons. And a 5 min drive to the new L.A. Grocery & Cafe!
- 10 min drive to heart of Hollywood
- 10 min drive to Silverlake and Echo Park
