Sublet our bright two bedroom ground floor apartment in Ridgewood January 17–February 20. Primary bedroom has queen size bed and large couch. Second bedroom is set up as an office with two workspaces, one with an adjustable standing desk and monitor, the other with a regular desk, monitor and laptop stand. Note the bedroom has an open doorway (we use what was originally the living room as the bedroom as it is more spacious).

The living room has two couches for lounging as well as TV with HBO Max, Netflix, Hulu, Paramount+. A great apartment for winter—on the ground floor it's warm but not too warm and has plenty of light. A mesh wifi system is installed throughout the apartment.

The kitchen has a Moccamaster for coffee, all utensils necessary to cook your own meals, and a dishwasher.

One block from M train, 20 minute walk to the L, right next to a good supermarket, and short walk to trendy Ridgewood offerings such as Rolo's, Jones bar, Everyone Yoga, Casette, and Norma's. There's also a park at the end of the street with basketball courts and playing fields.

Utilities (including internet) are included in the listing price.

Looking to book the whole period listed but will consider shorter stays.
