Ideally looking all of April and May but can be flexible on dates. No pets.

Hi there I've been the tenant for the last 1.5 years, but need to attend to some family matters out of state in April and May. I work at a startup by day and sound healer on the weekends. I love my spot and the calm oasis I've created just off the main street in Prospect Heights. There's 8 units total in the building and we largely keep to ourselves.
