Looking to fill a room with a balcony in a spacious duplex apartment located on the top two floors of a four story walk-up in Bushwick.

The move in date will be 9/1 (potentially flexible) for a 14 month lease in our 4 bed/1.5 bath apartment located near the Central (M), Myrtle Broadway (J/M/Z), and Morgan (L) stops.

When you walk through the door you’ll be met with the staircase, a large open-plan living/dining space, a medium-sized kitchen, and a full bathroom.

The room is approx 100 sq feet with a built-in closet that includes overhead storage space and can fit a queen bed, a small dresser or desk and bedside table. The room has lots of natural light as it has big sliding doors that will take you out onto the balcony with a great view of a communal garden.

You won’t need to go anywhere when you want to wash your clothes as we have a laundry room in the basement and a well-equipped gym!

To get around the city, we are a 7-minute walk from both Central Avenue (M) and Myrtle Broadway (J/M/Z) while the Morgan Avenue stop (L) is 13 minutes away.

About This Lister

We are three really good friends in our late 20s and early 30s. Heidi and Becca work hybrid schedules, in office a couples of times a week, while Jacob works in person 5 days a week. Heidi and Jacob are the the leaseholders and have been living in the apartment for the past four years.

We love living in Bushwick and hang out together in the apartment occasionally. But generally, we are out enjoying what the city has to offer. We are respectful, easy going and clean roommates, who are looking for the same.
