Subletting my bedroom in a 2bd 1ba two blocks from Myrtle Wycoff L/M train in Ridgewood/Bushwick for January-February-March. Super cozy bright spacious queer household.
Room has natural light, a queen sized bed, desk, shelves, and garment rack
Super convenient ideal location in Bushwick super close to Brooklyn nightlife, cafes, restaurants, groceries, gyms.
Apartment is shared with 1 late 20’s queer NB roommate who is a very chill and friendly working artist/performer. We have a very peaceful, tidy vibe together and both cook quite a bit.
Looking to fill the room for all three months, but open to one or two months depending on the situation.

Ideally any potential subletter could stop by the apartment to view and meet my roommate before signing on to see if it's a good fit. Would have you sign a basic sublet agreement form and give a deposit equal to one month, to be fully refunded at the conclusion of the stay.
