We're subletting our lovely Park Slope 1.5 bedroom apartment. Available 8/1 onward. Looking to sublet for at least four months but the end date is flexible.

The apartment was originally listed as a two bedroom but we've converted it into a large one bedroom with a dining room, living room, and an office. It will be furnished with a queen bed, dining table, sofa, fully equipped kitchen, and desk. Some of the furniture in the photos will be removed and closets and dressers will be emptied. It's on the entire third (top) floor of the building with quiet neighbors and gets great light.

It's in a very convenient and walkable area, two blocks from Prospect Park and near good restaurants, cafes, grocery stories, laundry, and the 7th ave F/G and Prospect R trains.

We prefer a single tenant or couple--it's set up very well for one or two people working from home, but roommates would be trickier.

We're looking for someone who will take good care of our space, water the plants, and be respectful of the neighbors.
