The apartment is furnished with two sizable bedrooms, one with a Queen size bed, the other with a full size bed, that are on opposite sides of the apartment. There is a full size living room as well as an eat in Kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you need to cook with and has a dishwasher.

There are air conditioners in each bedroom as well as the living room.

The Building has an elevator and the apartment is located on the top floor (7th). Utilities and wifi are included in the rental.

This is one of the most popular neighborhoods in the city. Within a short walking distance you can find almost any kind of restaurant, nightlife, bars, and transportation to anywhere you need to go in the city. For grocery shopping there is a Wegman's very close to the apartment that has anything you could need...as well as the 24 hr. deli across the street!
