Subletting my lovely furnished room in Bed-Stuy. Comfy bed, closet, dressers, desk, books. You'll have two quiet and excellent flatmates, one of whom you'll share a bathroom with.

Apartment gets a lot of light, has a washer/dryer, piano, wifi, spacious kitchen, and comfortable dining and living-room areas.

We're on the 2nd floor (stairs only), with a yoga studio on the ground floor (it's the best). Only two other units in the building, plus a great rooftop with a beautiful view of the skyline.

The neighborhood is quiet but vibrant, with ample coffee shops and restaurants just a short walk away. We're near the Gates J and Ralph C trains, and a short walk from Saratoga Park.

I'll be gone August 28 - October 11, and am happy to sublet for any stretch of time in there.

I'm a playwright and poet who enjoys volleyball, music, and moss. My room is eclectic but tidy.

Your roommates will be Joey (he/him) and Cam (he/him), both mid-thirties, both tidy and friendly. Joey is also a playwright, and Cam is a curator. We enjoy the occasional living or dining room chat / hang, but nobody is in the habit of taking up too much space, and we all keep the apartment clean.
