I am leaving my beautiful, bright bedroom in a 2-bedroom apartment in central Bushwick. This room is available ASAP!

The apartment is recently renovated and gets beautiful light from south- and east-facing windows. It has central heat and AC, a dishwasher, and two storage closets.

You would be sharing the apartment with one roommate (queer man in his 30's) who works full-time, mostly from home. He is very clean and respectful, and likes to cook. It's a very lowkey vibe, and he doesn't tend to host friends very often.

The bedroom will be unfurnished, and I am selling the furniture in the common areas for a steal (dining set and couch). The TV will stay, as it belongs to my roommate.

The apartment is a 3rd floor walk-up, and is a 10-20-minute walk to restaurants, bars and clubs in any direction. There is a laundromat around the corner, and subway stops and grocery stores a 10-minute walk away.

You would be taking over my half of the lease, pending approval from management. Utilities (gas, electric, FiOs internet) comes out to about 125-150/person monthly.

Looking for someone clean, friendly and respectful to take over the room!
