About This Lister

We are married, empty nesters who both work in the television industry. After renovating our home a few years ago, we decided to add a new garage with an apartment and roof deck on top. We are thrilled with the way it turned out and are excited to share it with others. The unit is intended to be used as a guest apartment, a landing pad for our kids when they visit, and a nice escape for us when we're working from home. We live on the property, but designed the guest apartment so that it is completely separate and private, with its own entrance. Windows are designed so that we can't see you and you can't see us! We are the landlords and you will have contact with us. We have a close relationship with neighbors on both sides as well as across the alley.
