We're looking for a fourth roommate in our 4bed/2bath 2-story apartment in Crown Heights! The room opens on Jan. 4 but we can be flexible with the start date for the right person :)

The apartment is located right off Franklin St. walking distance to Prospect Park. We are an 8-minute walk either direction to the A,C and the 2,3,4,5 as well as a block away from the Franklin Shuttle which gets you to the Q, B.

The apartment is on the ground floor and has a dishwasher and its own private backyard with grass, grill, and a fire pit (which we use often). The building also has a shared courtyard, bike storage, and laundry.

The other roommates are in music, film, hospitality and are seeking a like-minded individual.

One roommate has a dog (pittie mix), so potential roommates will need to be comfortable around dogs and not have any other pets.

We’re looking for a responsible, queer-friendly, clean-ish, and outgoing individual. Ideally someone we can be friends with as well as roommates and who loves our apartment as much as we do! We are chill with overnight guests and keep in mind each others different schedules and lifestyles. We also stay peaceful by communicating and our shared chore list. Marissa (she/her) is 29 y.o. a filmmaker originally from Hawaii. She enjoys watching film, dancing, and going to art galleries.

Jory (he/him) is a 33 y.o. bartender from New Orleans and Vermont. He enjoys gaming, jiu jitsu, and cooking.

Bella is a 8y.o pittie mix, she is friendly with people, iffy with dogs, but loves anyone that gives her attention. She enjoys laying in the sun and chasing pigeons.
