This apartment is on the second floor and has a private stair entry with a skylight. All the rooms have restored original parquet, mantles, picture moldings and new windows.

The bathroom has a skylight over the shower, a Duravit toilet, custom mirror shelving.

The kitchen has a Bosch dishwasher, Avanti stove, Blomberg fridge. A ceramic sink with a raw brass faucet is located by a window that looks out onto foliage of a mature oak tree and our meadow garden below.

The large bedroom faces south, overlooking the backyard and is very quiet. It has a generous walk-in closet, an original mantle and easily fits a king size bed.
The living/working area is a full 20’ width of the house that faces the street. It fits an l-shaped sofa and a dining table and has a room that is currently used as a home office.

The house is located two blocks from the Kosciusko J train stop and a 7-10 min. walk to the Myrtle/Broadway stop. 
All renovations were managed by us, the owners, who are both designers. We live in the apartment below and are looking for stable and considerate tenants to share our building. We charge no brokers fees, the rent includes heat and water. Tenants would be responsible for gas and electricity. We require a security deposit. The building is smoke-free.
