Bright, sun-filled room in a spacious 130 m² top-floor apartment on a quiet street in Friedrichshain, just minutes from Boxhagener Platz.

The apartment gets beautiful natural light throughout the day with lots of windows. You'll have your own private bathroom directly across the hall from your room. Shared spaces include a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a projector and screen, and an outdoor terrace with a comfortable living setup, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

The neighborhood is very walkable with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, and well connected by U-Bahn and S-Bahn. The apartment itself is remarkably quiet; no street noise, no neighbor noise.

All utilities including Wi-Fi are included.

A few things to note: the building is a fifth-floor walkup with no elevator. Laundry is available but located in a private area of the apartment, so access would need to be coordinated with the host for longer stays.

Availability & Pricing:

Currently available March 4 to March 20. Full stay preferred, but shorter stays considered; priority given to longer bookings.

Pricing: €70/night for stays under one week, €400 for one week, or €700 for two weeks.

He is a Prague-native architect who has run his own residential design firm for over 20 years, with projects spanning the US, Mexico, and Europe. Outside of work spends his time cycling and hiking.
