The incredible kitchen has tons of countertop space, true pantry storage and inviting counter-seating. With three skylights as well as three windowed walls, this unit is flooded with sunlight.
Bedrooms are currently set up as a primary with king size bed and full bath with marble tiled standing shower and bidet toilet; kids' bedroom with a bunk bed and cozy reading nook; guest bedroom with folding full-size futon (can be an office with a couch or proper third bedroom). The second bath has a large soaking tub.
Basement access (shared with neighbors) features gym equipment, a kid's play area and laundry.
Access is via front door and side driveway door; second-floor/top apartment. There is one set of stairs on each side.
We have a private parking spot and a vehicle on the premises. For an additional $500, you are also welcome to use our car during your stay.
We are a family of four — Bradley is a a small-business owner and hair stylist, Alice is a musician and professor at NYU and we have two energetic young kids. We enjoy spending lots of time in Prospect Park, which is just a few minutes away, and riding bikes around the neighborhood.

Security deposit due upon signing the agreement and will consist of half the total rent ($2925). The rest of the rent is due on July 20. Vehicle use fee due upon arrival.
On a case-by-case basis, we will consider prorating the rent for a shorter stay.
Small pets may be permitted, on a case by case basis.
