Beautiful, historic South Slope condo located next to the Greenwood Cemetery and Arboretum. Walking distance to Prospect Park, the Brooklyn Museum, and the Brooklyn Botanic Garden. 5th Avenue has pedestrian open streets through the summer and a weekly farmers market on Sunday. Plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and bars to pick from with a lovely community feel. Street parking is free, easy to find and the subway is two blocks away. Closest grocery store is two blocks away and there are a couple of gyms about ten blocks away. Extremely walkable. Truly a gem of a location.
