This is a furnished room in a lovely 2bdrm I share with my friend and flatmate.

We're looking for someone to take over the room for Feb 13-March 25th, or some subsection of that time.

The room is light-filled and quiet on the second floor of a 2-unit building. Kitchen amenities are new, heating/shower/internet all excellent. About a 5 minute walk to the M Forest Ave stop, 10-15 min walk to the L. Right next to dozens of cafes, bookstores, record stores, clothing shops, restaurants, the whole Ridgewood experience.

My flatmate is easygoing and friendly, an excellent cook, and works in music and nightlife, so he will likely be out in the evenings and sleep in most mornings.

I'm looking to cover my portion of the rent – all utilities & high-speed internet included. Open to negotiating time / price for your specific situation, within reason of course.
