Hello! I am looking to sublet my Williamsburg loft for appx 2 months beginning June 2 - July 26 while I'm away. These days are set and not flexible. I am an artist and photographer looking for someone kind and considerate of neighbors, reliable and would take care of the space and water my plants. It's open plan, has beautiful mostly indirect light all day through four large windows facing northeast. There is a large communal rooftop with tables chairs and lounges. This is such an incredible location - everything you could need is within a small radius.

Price includes electricity, gas, and fios internet

* Third floor walk-up, not ADA accessible
* Baseboard heating. AC Unit
* Good security with two fob swipe doors for entry
* Big open studio layout approximately 750-850 sqft give or take
* Full kitchen, gas stove+oven, lots of cookware/utensils etc
* Queen sized extremely comfy bed
* Electric piano (please be sweet and careful with it)
* Decent sized bathroom with bathtub
* Washer/dryer down the hall with cash card top up machine on 2nd floor stairwell
* Huge rooftop
* Walkable anywhere in Williamsburg and Greenpoint including McCarren Park, waterfront, Domino Park, Wholefoods, new Trader Joes, all the cafes/bars/restaurants you could dream of etc.
* A few minutes walk to the East River you will find the North Williamsburg Ferry stop. 10 minute walk to the L train Bedford subway stop, 20 minute walk to JMZ Marcy subway stop. 1 hour walk or 15 min electric bike ride over the Williamsburg bridge into LES.
* Located on North 3rd St between Kent Ave and Wythe Ave
* LGBTQIA+ encouraged
* No pets (strictly, sorry)
* No parties or events - looking to play nice with the neighbors, sound travels so try to keep it down after 11pm or so. Low key dinner parties totally fine. The space is not going to be suitable for someone that is highly sensitive to any noise - it is in the heart of Williamsburg so there is often interior and exterior noise of the bustling neighborhood.
