This is the "penthouse" level of a brownstone (entire third floor walk-up with no one living above) which offers a great view of the sky and treetops. Hardwood floors, lots of light, calm and tasteful decor.

You can expect plants, art, quiet neighbors, and a clean, spacious atmosphere. Leave your shoes on the landing, and step into a sanctuary of respite in the heart of BedStuy. There is a large front room with a two couches and a desk, windows overlooking the street. Step through a doorway (with the option to close the door) and you'll find a bedroom with a queen size bed, bathroom, kitchen and dining table. Back windows face the inner yards of the block where you can watch many cats and listen to birds.

Keep in mind there are three flights of steps to get into this apartment. Utilities and WiFi are included. There is a full service laundromat around the corner.

Walk 5 minutes to catch the C at Kingston-Throop or the A at Nostrand for a 15-minute ride into Manhattan. My block is right off the Tompkins strip which is hopping with cafes and shops, yet the block itself is pretty quiet. There are parks, groceries, and restaurants all around.

I'm looking for guests who want to keep up this clean and quiet vibe. I have great relationships with everyone in the building, and I want someone who will fit the environment of the brownstone.
