Available: End of May 2026 through the end of Dec 2026, with some date flexibility, and potential extension. **Must stay at least 5 months**

$2,575/month – this includes utilities + internet

Additional fees:
An additional $50 monthly fee will be added for the use of the air conditioner during the months of June, July, and August.

A cleaning fee of $150 will be charged at move out.

Railroad-style layout, fully furnished, one bedroom, one bathroom

Located on a quiet, residential block just off Tompkins Ave

Living room: Natural light, plants, books, couch, chairs, desk and a TV (no cable)

Bedroom: Comfy queen bed, one small closet, and dresser

Kitchen: Large space with a dining table and chairs, well-equipped (blender, food processor, coffee grinder, toaster, Le Creuset cookware, electric kettle).
No microwave or dishwasher.

Bathroom: Shower/tub combo

Laundry: In-unit washer and dryer

Outdoor space: Access to a shared green backyard — perfect for morning coffee or al fresco dinner (shared with the homeowners upstairs)

Accessibility:
Please note that although the unit is on the garden level, there are three outdoor steps so it is not wheelchair accessible.
