The apartment is on the basement level and receives little sunlight.

You are close to Montague Street, where there are many shops - grocery stores, cafés, restaurants, etc.- and very close to the Promenade, which has views of the city. The subways you have fast access to are the 2, 3, 4, 5, R, F, and A trains. Also, great for medical professionals working at NYU Langone Health - Cobble Hill (three blocks away).
