I have to meet with potential renters and require present landlord ( names and phone number), possibly a copy of your 2024 tax return. The total rent and a deposit of $1,250 are required prior to moving in. I will provide a written sublease for signing. There are no other fees involved, except if you have a small dog, an additional $50.00 will be charge on top of the rent.
