Giant one bedroom loft with floor to ceiling windows and ultra tall ceilings facing south.
Amazing light, which can be restricted by pulling the blackout curtains across the room. The apartment is full of designer vintage furniture and I think very, very comfortable. I spend a LOT of time here and am constantly trying to make it nicer.
This is an amazing place to work, rest, focus, enjoy, but not to be disruptive. You can be any age to stay here obviously, but just as a point of reference I’m in my 40s. I rarely hear anything from my neighbors, but sound carries in the building and if someone is being loud it’s very noticeable.
