Giant one bedroom loft with floor to ceiling windows and ultra tall ceilings facing south.

Amazing light, which can be restricted by pulling the blackout curtains across the room. The apartment is full of designer vintage furniture and in fact it doubles as a furniture showroom (when I'm in town), so I am always changing and improving things. Happy to give you a facetime tour or show you around if you are already in LA.

This is an amazing place to work, rest, focus, enjoy, but not to be disruptive. You can be any age to stay here obviously, but just as a point of reference I’m in my 40s. I rarely hear anything from my neighbors, but sound carries in the building and if someone is being loud it’s very noticeable.

On the eastern edge of Koreatown, approximately 10 minutes south of Silver Lake / Echo Park, and 10 minutes west of DTLA.

5 minutes to the 101 or the 10.
