PLEASE NOTE: PET CARE REQUESTED FOR THIS SUBLET

This is a unique subletting situation and I'm hoping there's someone out there who might be a good fit :)

I am looking to sublet my small bungalo style house for fall of 2025 (however dates could be shorter or much longer it's very flexible). I'll be in graduate school upstate, living up there Monday-Friday and returning to the house most weekends (dividing that wknd time between the house and my partner's place).

The front space would be your main living space/bedroom, however you'd be welcome to share the kitchen, backyard, and small office room. You would have the whole property to yourself week days. Other arrangements are possible too, feel free to reach out and discuss.

There's an indoor/outdoor cat who lives on the property that is my quasi pet. She's an indepentent rescued kitty and comes & goes through a cat door. Someone will come to feed her in the evenings around 8 p.m. Mon-Thurs. However, if you happen to be a cat person, I could offer a $200 monthly discount for 1x per day feeding & kitty litter clean Mon-Thurs. She's a shy but very sweet tuxedo cat.
