The apartment is impeccably clean, organized, and spacious, with an elegant pre-war layout. The bedrooms are located at opposite ends of the apartment, ensuring privacy and quiet. South-facing windows in the living room and the bedroom let in beautiful light throughout the day.

The bedroom has a queen bed with a new memory foam mattress, down duvet and pillows, and cotton bedding. Blackout curtains ensure a tranquil sleeping sanctuary.

There is a separate fully-equipped kitchen with new appliances, cookware, a dishwasher, an alkaline water filter, and all kinds of gadgets (coffeemaker, blender, juicer, etc...). There is also a separate dining room that doubles as a library.

The apartment has AC and heating wall units in each room. Other amenities include high-speed internet, a large Smart TV with streaming services, and a SONOS soundsystem.

Located on a quiet residential street in Williamsburg, you are within close distance of everything you need. There is an organic food market and a natural wine store a couple of blocks away. A short walk to the L, G, J, and M trains.
