I'm subletting my spacious, airy bungalow up on the hill in the middle of Echo Park. It's big and clean and filled with light and charm. There's A/C in the bedroom, a nice patio, and a small office (unpictured).

Looking for somebody responsible who will take good care of the place and be respectful to the neighbors.

(I will also be renting my place out for the entire month of October if you’re planning ahead).
