It’s a small building with 4 total apartments, all the neighbors are great. There’s a shared backyard and coin operated laundry in the basement. The super lives around the corner, between him and the management company, any building issues are fixed in a timely manner.

Commuting into the city is very easy, you’re a 5 minute walk between either the Myrtle/Broadway or Flushing J/M stops and the Montrose L is a 20 minute walk. It’s also close to a large variety of bars/nightlife/grocery stores.
I’ve been in this apartment for 5 years and it’s been a great starter solo space. I’m moving a because I wanted a private yard for my dog in his elder years and found the perfect spot a little before my lease is up.
This is a lease takeover so if you like the space, I’ll put you in touch with my landlord. Standard apartment application materials (last 3 bank statements, proof of income, driver’s license or state ID) and guarantors are accepted.
